Festive Mango Pie Recipe

Ingredient 1.5 cup - smooth Mango pulp, 2 - Egg whites, 1 tsp - vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg powder, 3/4 cup - Sugar, 3/4 cup - whipping Cream, 2 packets - unflavored gelatin, 1 - baked pie crust (approx 9 inch), 1 tbsp - Lemon juice, 1/2 cup - water.
Method of Preparation In a pan, mix sugar, gelatine and water. Boil till gelatine and sugar dissolve. Remove from fire. Add mango pulp, lemon juice. Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Beat egg whites. Mix it with the set mixture, add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust. Place the pie crust in a pan. Pour the mixture over it. Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator. Serve after garnishing with mango slices.
