| Ingredient | 1.5 cup - roasted vermicelli, 3/4 cup - powdered Jaggery or Brown sugar, 400ml - Coconut Milk, 200ml - Mango pulp, 2.5 cup - water, 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder, Mango slices(to garnish). |

| Method of Preparation | Cook the vermicelli in water. Dissolve jaggery in 1 cup of water, strain and add to the vermicelli. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and simmer for 2 more minutes. Stir in the mango pulp and cardamom powder, and remove from fire. Cool and chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold, garnished with mango slices. |
