| Ingredient | 4 - Corn tortillas(fried or baked crisp), 2 cups - shrimps(shelled, deveined and cooked), 1 cup - French dressing, 2 cups - shredded Lettuce leaves. For Salsa: 3/4 cup - cooked beans, 2 - ripe mangoes(peeled and diced), 1/2 cup - chopped Onions, 1/4 cup - Chicken stock, 3 tbsp - Lemon juice, 1/4 cup - chopped Coriander leaves, 2-3 - green chillies, chopped, 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum, 2 tbsp - Olive oil, Salt as per taste, Pepper as per taste. |

| Method of Preparation | Mix all the ingredients of salsa. Keep aside for 6-7 hours. Arrange tortillas in a plate. Spread shrimps over it. Pour the salsa over it. Garnish with French dressing and lettuce leaves. |
