| Method of Preparation | Blend the mango to a pulp in a juicer and keep aside. Add in the fresh coconut milk and blend. Strain it. If the sweetness of the mango is not much, you can add sugar according to your taste. Roast cardamom slightly in a pan (roasting helps to powder finely) and powder it. Add to the juice and mix thoroughly. Keep in the fridge and serve cool. |
