| Method of Preparation | Pare the green mangoes and cut into small chunks. Heat about 2 tsp of oil in a pan and fry the chunks until mushy. Drain, mash well and set aside to cool. Blend the rest of the ingredients with the mango to prepare a smooth paste (do not add water). Adjust the salt if needed. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a refrigerator. Consume within a week. |
