| Method of Preparation | Peel and chop the mangoes, add salt as per taste and keep aside. Fry the red chillies in a little oil. Make a paste of grated coconut, red chillies and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Add this to the mango cubes and mix well. Add curd to this. Add salt if required and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, when they splutter add the curry leaves and pour it over the mango pachadi. |
