| Ingredient | 1 cup - green gram (moong) dal (without peel), 1/2 cup - sour green mango, chopped finely (do not peel), 1/2 cup - carrot (chopped finely), 1/2 cup - grated Coconut, 1/2 cup - coriander leaves (chopped), 2 - green chillies (chopped), salt to taste. For Seasoning: 1 tbsp - oil, 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds, 1/2 tsp - Asafoetida powder, A few Curry leaves. |

| Method of Preparation | Soak the moong dal in water for one hour. Drain and mix with mango, carrot, green chillies, salt, and coriander leaves and grated coconut. Heat oil for seasoning in a small fry pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add asafoetida and curry leaves. Add the seasoning to the kosumbari and mix well. |
