| Method of Preparation | Extract mango juice from the mangoes and keep aside. Do not throw the mango seeds but keep them aside with all juice in it. In a pan, mix mango seeds and a little bit of mango juice and water but do not make the mixture too thin. Add salt, haldi and mirch powder. Heat the mixture on medium heat until the masala mixes well and the mixture becomes a little thick. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and hing powder, when the seed splutters, pour tadka to the sabji and heat the sabji on low flame for 10 minutes. At the end, add chopped coriander and enjoy mango seed subji with chapattis. |
