Ingredient Raw mango fruit, oil, mustard seeds, salt, garlic onion paste, green chilies paste and salt.
Method of Preparation Peel the skin of stored raw mango and squeeze the pulp. Add oil, mustard seeds, salt, garlic onion paste, green chilies paste and salt to the pan, add mango squeezed pulp, boil for some time. Then serve.
Region Mainly belongs to the Shimoga ,Uttarakannada and Dakshinakannada
