| Method of Preparation | Roast the following ingredients fenugreek seed, bengal gram, black gram, mustard seeds and grind with coconut and dry chilli to prepare paste. Pour oil to the pan, mustard seeds, dry chilies, sliced mango and water then boil the mixture for a few minutes .The jaggery is cut into pieces and when jaggery starts melting add the mixture to it and continue boiling. Serve warm. |
