Ingredient Raw mango fruit, oil, salt, spices.
Method of Preparation Raw fruit is cut into pieces, dried under sun for two to three days then mixed with salt and spices. After that mixture (raw mango and spices) put in a jar. Oil is poured over it in the jar. Keep it under sun for a week.
