Ingredient Raw mango fruit, oil, salt, tumeric powder, spices.
Method of Preparation Raw fruit is cut into pieces, then mixed with salt, turmeric and spices and and keeps it aside for 5-6 hrs. After that mixture (raw mango and spices) put in a jar and just warm oil is poured over it in the jar.
Region Mainly belongs to the Wayanad, Kozhikode
