Recipe of Mango Fruit

Raw whole fruit pickle

Ingredient Raw mango, castor oil, salt, turmeric.
Method of Preparation Raw fruit is collected and wash. After that coating of fruits by castor oil is done and put the whole mango in jar which is filled with water mixture (Salt+ turmeric). After 1 month it is ready to eat for whole year.
Region Mainly belongs to the Bharuch, Navsari, Surat, The dangs, Valsad, Anand, Surendranagar, Bhilwara
