| Method of Preparation | The peel of ripe mango is removed by sharp knife then pulp is cut into flat pieces. Keep it in a bowl, sugar and lemon juice is added in a bowl, mixed them. The mixture is cooked it for some time until thick layer. The jam is tested by dropping some of it on a cold plate. If the mixture is thick then transfers in an air tight container. |
