| Method of Preparation | Heat the oil in a wide skillet or a wok. Add the mustard seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and chilli flakes and when they begin to splutter, toss in the ginger, pepper and cabbage. Stir to coat and blend all the seasoning.Then add the vinegar and water and continue to cook for another few minutes till the cabbage begins to soften and the liquid dries up. Take care that the cabbage retains its crunchiness. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning. Serve chilled |
